My client has been using cyber power UPS units for an IP camera system outdoor enclosure. I am looking at the UPS listed below as an alternative to these as they do not auto restart upon an extended outage based shutdown (when the batteries are completely drained). This is causing unnecessary service calls at the client's expense.
Also the website states it uses USB for connection to a computer for UPS configuration, but all I see are the two surge RJ-45 Jacks, and one RJ-45 jack labeled Data port. Is it a serial rj45 USB port or something? I wouldn't expect network connectivity at this price range.
Thanks in advance for doing my job.

The connector labeled "Data port" is actually USB. The unit comes with a special cable, RJ45 to USB, to plug into a computer.
