Device communications not established

I have a "Back-ups RS 1500" connected by a USB cable to a windows server 2008 64.
I installed Powerchute Business edition agent on windows server 2008 64. At the time of installation, the UPS was detected.
When I open the Agent Web Interface, it shows "Unkown device": Device communications not established.
The service is running. I verified the USB cable.
Is Powerchute Business edition compatible with "Back-ups RS 1500"?
If not: is Powerchute Personal edition compatible with Windows server 2008 64?

Hi Omar,

Unfortunately PowerChute Business Edition wouldn't work with the Back-UPS, it was designed for the APC Smart-UPS. PowerChute Personal Edition is not also compatible with Windows 2008. The only option that you have is to use the Native UPS software that comes with the Microsoft Operating System.
