Dell XPS desktop and APC compatibility issue

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 9100 desktop with i7 930 and was thinking to buy BX1300g, but some review on amazon.com said they are not compatible, is this still the case?

I will ask Dell.

Just tested with an old XS 1200, had it ran on battery for 10s, XPS still runs, not sure if this means anything.
