Data cable needed..where to get it?

I need two APC Data Cables. I believe they would be R j45 to usb cables for the 2 new computers I have now. Both are PCs with USB ports. One APC unit is the UPS 650 while a second APC unit is the Back UPS RS 800. I think these are pretty pricey. E-Bay is not my favorite by the way. Any help would be appreciated.
