I have 2 Back-UPS units, and old LS700 and a year old Connect 90. About 3 or 4 weeks ago I noticed that at precisely 0900 daily, I get a single sharp beep. Both units are next to each other so I cannot tell which one (if either) is responsible. In the vicinity are a Cable modem and a WD MyCloud, but the sound seems to be coming from where the Back-UPS are. Anyone have any ideas what's going on... and how to stop the beeping? TIA, Peter

Hi Peter,
The audible tone you described is not a a typical alert for either of the UPS units you have. I would recommend trying to narrow down which unit is causing the alarm by disconnecting and turning off one of the units before the alarm typically goes off. If we still hear the alarm go off, do the same thing with the other unit the next day, just to make sure the alarm is coming from one of the UPS units. I would then recommend calling in to our tech support line for further troubleshooting once we know which unit is having the issue.
