I have a APC Back-UPS RS 550 that's been fine for many years. I have replaced the battery a few months back. Lately the UPS seems to be in a continuous discharge recharge cycle. I have the UPS hooked up to a linux server via NUTS and it is recoding this information. I have attached a few charts of the charge cycle that shows the problem.
I have checked load charts and they show a steady 20% load with minor bumps to around 35%. The voltage charts show 245 -250 volts typically.
What could be causing the discharge recharge cycle?
