Constant two beeps from APC + green and amber light flashing

Hi,

I have a APC Backup UPS ES 500, today morning i switched it on and there was constant two beeps every 2 seconds with flashing Green and Amber light. Checked the forums but could not find any definite answer

Can you provide the exact model number of your UPS please? We wanted to know if it is BE550R, BE550G etc, getting this information can help us troubleshoot on a specific issue.
