I have an ES 350R which produces a constant alarm tone whenever it is plugged in. I cannot silence the alarm via the on/off button. What type of error does this indicate?

Hi,
Constant tone on the ES350R indicates either an overload state, the battery is disconnected, or the battery needs replacement. You should check the battery and if connected check the voltage. The battery voltage should be around 13.6 v DC for a good battery. If the unit is under warranty and the voltage is low you should contact local Technical Support for assistance.
