Connecting a power strip

Hi everyone,

I just purchased a new APC Back-UPS 900VA 9 outlet - 6 of which are battery protected.  Rather than use the 6 outlets on the APC, can I connect a basic power strip (like this one) and have all my things (tv, router, game console) connect to the power strip?  Or is having all of those things go through one outlet on the APC going to be too much for that outlet?
