(Please don't ask how anyone could be so stupid. I work at it.)
In doing a hurry-up install of a new battery pack in my Back-Ups XS900, I got an arc (of course). After suitably kicking my own rear end, I reconnected properly, but my unit appears to be dead. Is there anything I can do to recover, or is my unit certainly toast?
By the way, the reset button at the back popped out, and it won't push back in properly ...it seems loose.
Thanks
(Remember: Be kind if you reply; I'm suffering enough as is! :()
