We have one 40KVA Smart Online VT UPS, We have following issues with the configuration of UPS.
Issue 1: We don’t have Grid Power Supply, we are using 3 Phase Diesel Generator for all our Power Requirement. At day time we run 250 KV Diesel Generator, sometimes UPS is showing "A phase synchronization fault exists" for few seconds and after that error automatically goes off. No effect in UPS output.
Our Requirement : What is the meaning of this error. Is there any function to disable this alarm. Is there any serious issue with this alarm.
Issue 2 : At night time we use 63KV Diesel Generator. With this DG set, UPS is showing error "Site Wiring fault exists" and stops charging UPS resulting discharging of Batteries. After complete discharging UPS shutdowns.
Our Requirement : As per technical document, it may be due to change in Phase circuit between both DG sets. How to set UPS to ignore this error and work as Normal mode.
Issue 3 : If UPS is shutdown because of discharging all batteries, and after that if Main Voltage is Ok, UPS automatically powers ON, but output load doesn’t turns automatically. Everytime we have Turn ON the load from the front LCD display of UPS. We want to setup it automatically, so that whenever UPS gets ON the output power should also be ON
Issue 4 : There is no Manual Power Off button to shutdown the UPS, is there any way to restart UPS even when Batteries are completely charged.
Issue 5 : In the web interface of UPS, the Shutdown mode of UPS is NEVER and hence we are not able to reboot or shutdown UPS from the Network. How to change this mode.
Thanks and Regards,

hello,
here is what i can provide:
issue 2: This indicates the phasing is not set up correctly, the rotation needs to be checked with a phase rotation meter and should be abc phase clockwise rotation (could also indicate a neutral issue but phasing should be checked first).
issue 3: Check the settings in the network management card under setup, turn on delay, return battery capacity etc which is on the UPS tab->Configuration->shutdown in the web UI. you can download the config.ini file or take some screenshots for this one if you'd like.
issue 4: The only way to shutdown the ups is to select load off, transfer to bypass or place into maintenance bypass and then pull the batteries and turn off the input power to the ups, if there is no external maintenance bypass then this will result in loss of power to loads.
Issue 5: The option you are referencing is for PCNS (PowerChute shutdown) and is configurable in the PCNS Set Up menu.
