The BE550G here is backing a two bays NAS, the brand of NAS is QNAP.
Second backed device is router/dsl-modem/switch/wifi in one unit.
QNAP provides in its control center the battery capacity, estimated protection time and status summary displays.
Once a year the UPS is tested by disconnecting from mains while
the backed clients are operating normally.
Following observation was made during tests. The question is if it is known and normal behaviour.
Beginning with test start the battery capacity and remaining time estimation displays decrease with
quite constant rate. This keeps to be till the point where battery capacity display reaches the value of 21%.
Starting from this point on this display gets stuck till the test is ended manually (these are many minutes).
During this the estimated protection time value makes jumps up then down.
I guess, the test previous season did not show such behaviour, however the NAS firmware version
was some versions older/lower.

Hi,
The battery level should decrease while the UPS is running on battery. It may decrease and then increase as the draw is decreased. An example: drives spin down causing the draw to decrease.
