Cannot uninstall PCPE 2.1.1 from Server 2008

I would like to remove PCPE 2.1.1 from Windows Server 2008, and install PCBE.

When I try to remove the PCPE software, nothing happens.

From what I can see here in the forums, there is some magic solution to this problem that APC can email to me.

Could I please request also the instructions to uninstall the PCPE software manually from server 08.
