Cannot download the MIBs

I've been trying for days to download the PowerNet and NetBotz MIBs. I've used different flavors of IE and even Chrome. Unfortunately, when I get to the little window to sign in to the FTP server, it just keeps asking me for my username and password. I've tried my login, I've tried using the Anonymous option, nothing is working. This is VERY frustrating!! Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thank you very much! They may want to consider posting somewhere that they are having issues. It would have saved me days of frustration. 🙂

well for now, i requested that it be checked/restarted every day at least. hopefully no more issues 🙂
