I tried to use the disc that came with it but the disc didn't work. Seemed like the computer simply could not read the disc. I am using WinXP 32 bit on a core 2 duo (intel) with 2G of ram. I registered my product with the website, then tried to download the software. I would not let me log in. I waited a few days and tried again, no dice. I filed a support ticket and they game me a link to download the software. It asked for a login and I still could not get in. I then tried to retrieve my log in and password by supplying my e-mail. (Note: this is the same e-mail I got a response to, from the support ticket i filed.) It said my e-mail was not in the system. Then I tried to reregister. It did not allow me to because my e-mail is already in use by the system. This is the point my hair started to come out. Any ideas?
