Can not communicate with UPS after power failure

I have Back-UPS RS 800. It was working properly at beginning. One day the power went off and I worked in backup power for about 30 minutes. When backup was near to finish, a shut-down message came but I selected ABORT option and continued working thinking that 5 minute backup might be there. But the backup finish suddenly and power went off. Later when I restarted the computer after the power came. The UPS is working and my computer detects the UPS communication as UNKNOWN USB device. My computer is DELL PowerEdge 600SC.

When I restart each time it takes lot of time to come to BOOT position. I think the BIOS is taking USB communication as different USB device.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
