then i'd say no. international SKUs for Smart UPS RT will do frequency conversion but do not do 110/120v.

Hello there,
I am a new comer here seeking helps. I am using an APC Back-UPS BP1400 as an emergency power supply at home, which uses solar panel to charge its battery so that it's not plugged in the house line socket, and I only turn it on whenever I need to, and it only operates in battery mode. But it can run as a normal UPS when connected to both the line power supply(120V 60Hz here) and the battery, I used it that way before. However, recently I found that its output power is of 50Hz instead of 60Hz(which it might be locked to from previous usage). Is there any way to change this on-battery output frequency?

Hi, I used an oscilloscope to view the output waveform.
Actually I replied to you yesterday by clicking “Reply” button and wrote a message then clicked “Reply” button again to send it. But I don’t see my reply posted following your message.

At a high level this is how the system operates.
Upon applied power (voltage & frequency) is determined and fixed to this input source.
If your location is 120 VAC @60 Hz simply plug the system into an outlet.
