I have two identical units.
I want to extend the battery protection of out POS PC in the event of an extended power outage.
Thanks,

Hi,
Plugging a UPS into another is not a supported configuration and if the UPS are Back-UPS the runtime will not increase. If you need increased runtime you should replace the Back-UPS with a UPS that you can add a external battery pack to. Smart-UPS SMX model UPS allow you to add multiple battery packs. Back-UPS BX1500M, BR1500G, BX1350M, and BX800M allow you to add a single battery pack.
