Hi there
just bought a aps cs500 from somebody
I putted it on at home and it gives me only a yellow light
How do i give the UPS a cold start?
It seems that you can connect via USB ? where is the USB connector?? I tried to connect it with an ethernet cable, but that doesnt work

Hi,
I assume you mean the second LED down from the top is lit constantly. If that is the case the UPS is running on battery. That can be cause by the UPS not liking the incoming AC or an internal fault. You should check the incoming AC. If that is good you can brain dead the UPS and then attempt to start on AC. For instruction on how to brain dead the UPS see Kbase FA158947.
