I get this message. The battery in your battery backup is disconnected. The unit will not be able to support your system in the event of a power problem until you connect your battery. I checked the battery voltage and is as follows. 12.17, 13.40. The other message that pops up is. Battery reconnected in battery backup. Can you advise.

Dale,
The voltage for the battery pack should be between 26 and 27 volts. If your battery pack is only reading 12.17, 13.40 the battery pack needs to be replaced. If you pulled the battery pack apart and are measuring the individual batteries 12.17 is also low and the pack should be replaced.
