Hi,
The UPS is alarming because the incoming voltage or frequency is out of range. The understanding I have is the VT 30 should have shipped with a network management card (NMC). If you look at the NMC data log you will see information on the incoming voltage and frequency. You can use that information to get the issue resolved.

In addition to what Bill said, the events you're seeing basically say:
Although there's a problem with the input voltage, the SmartUPS VT is double-conversion so the computers and other loads attached to the UPS get completely clean voltage from the UPS. Ordinarily if something is wrong with the UPS such as a failed electrical component, it can bypass itself and feed the input voltage directly to the attached loads. But it won't do so if there's a problem with the input voltage. So even though it's not a problem now, if the input is frequently bad, you might want to investigate the cause.
