Backup Pro RS 1500G-IN LCD display details
Kindly describe the items in the LCD display of the UPS.
1) Especially what does "Min" stand for.
Note: When the UPS is on battery power, the display lights up and "Min" number is shown, which seem to decrease over time. What does it mean and why does it decrease?
2) Usually the input voltage is 240v here but at that very moment the output voltage is also shown as 240v. Shouldn't it be 230v which is the required and ideal output?
3) What are the danger signal readings that we have to look out for in the LCD display?
Please give details for the above, which are not in the pdf file "JGNY-8ER8GA_R3_EN.pdf".

- This refers to the Minutes of battery runtime remaining so yes, it decreases when the UPS runs on battery power.
- If you go back to the guide you checked (http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/JGNY-8ER8GA/JGNY-8ER8GA_R3_EN.pdf), 240V is still within normal operating parameters. If you'll notice, the nominal input range is 220-240VAC so 240VAC is expected. The UPS will start "trimming" the too high voltage at 252VAC as noted and trim it by 17% to account for the high voltage. When it accounts for too low of a voltage, that is called "boost." This is all indicated on PDF page 2.
- You should review the warning and system fault indicators as well as the warning icons and system faults as outlined in the guide to understand what they all mean.
