Solved: Back ups 1300 No enciende

Luego de que se consumiera toda la carga de la batteria y haber llegado el servicio electrico el back ups no enciende. Se realizaron todos los procedimientos del manual y nada. Solamente emite un pequeño destello de luz en el boton de encendido y la pantalla cuando se intenta encender el equipo. Solamente estan trabajando los dos puertos de sobrecarga.

Hi,

If the battery is discharged or damage the UPS will not power on. It will provide power through the surge only outlets. The battery / surge outlets will not provide any power.
