I recently bought a back ups pro 1000 3 months ago it was doing fine till now and last night i shut it down and remove the power cable from the wall socket.I did it for the time and today when i plugged it back it says 0 minutes of time on battery i kept the battery charging for 8 hours and it doesn't increases the battery time .

Hi,
You should remove the computer for the UPS. Turn the UPS off and plug it into a power strip. Turn the UPS on and attach a static load to a battery outlet. A lamp that draws 60 to 100 watts works well. Switch the power strip off to kill power to the UPS. The UPS should switch to battery power and the lamp should stay lit.
