Back-UPS XS 700U not powering off

Hello all,

we have an "Back-UPS XS 700U" and using the PowerChute Business Edition we are facing some issues with Version 9.5 and 10.

1. If we configure the System to "Shutdown" it Shutsdown the System (Host-PC) but all other Devices connected to UPS are still running from the Battery until the UPS Battery is empty. Why is the UPS itself not Powering off after a "power-outage" and the Computer got Shutdown ? Is there any Setting to power-off the UPS after "x" time?

2. The Values like "Battery Charge" or "Input Voltage" "Internal Temperature" in the PowerChute Business Edition are all wrong.

Hi,

we have now Installed the correct Software, the values are now showing up correct.

But can you maybe give an Answer to Question1:

I dont find any setting on the PowerChute Personal Edition that allows to Shutdown the UPS itself after PC got Shutdown.

Is this possible with the UPS we are currently using?
