Hi!
I just replaced a faulty battery pack for my Back-UPS Pro XS-1500 (BX1500) with the specified RBC 124 cartridge. I wonder if there are any recommendations about the initial charging time for the new battery pack or any other hint in order to get the best performance out of it. There seems to be nothing related to this subject in the support documentation.
Many thanks!
Carlos

Hi,
There are no requirements for charging a new battery. If you are concerned about run time you can let the battery charge for 12 hour before applying the load but that is not necessary.
