I have been running a brand new RS1300G since Monday June 6th 2016.
I do NOT turn off my computer, running Win7 Pro 64Bit, when I'm not using it, I put it to sleep.
While the computer is asleep the battery discharges, losing about 45% of its charge during the day while I'm at the office.
The RS1300G is plugged in and running on AC Utility Power.
As I said, this is a brand new out of the box unit... does anyone have any idea what could be going on?
Thanks!

Hi,
The UPS should not discharge unless it has switched to battery output. Since the unit is new you should contact local technical support at 1-800-890-4272 Monday - Friday 8 AM to 8 PM Eastern for assistance and a possible replacement.
