Hello world, suddenly my Back-UPS Pro 900 doesn't see the battery anymore. The LCD displays a blinking empty battery.
I checked the battery and it is fully charged (27V), powerchute personal doesn't report anything, Apcupsd says status ONLINE NOBATT, but reports BATTV 27.1V, confirming that the battery itself isn't the issue.
What can I do?

unfortunately you have an internal problem , F06 is relay issue , maybe it cause the battery problem too, you will need to service or replace the ups,
regards.

hi Pablo , you can try to clean the contacts in the batteries and the connector inside the ups , sometimes they are dirty or sometimes the cables inside the ups don't make right contact.

Thanks Cristian, I cleaned the contacts and for some seconds I thought it was working again, because the LCD displayed a full battery, then a blinking battery symbol on the left of the battery charge indicator and then -again- the blinking empty battery

Powerchute doesn't allow me to test the battery, and the ups turns off immediately.
But the news of today is a F06 error code...
