System Event and AVR lights are blinking on my ups without any error codes, how can i check logs to see what is the problem or do you have any solutions?

Thanks

If you have PCPE (Power Chute Personal Edition) software installed it may indicate the active faults / error codes. Based on your initial reply it appears there is low / high input voltage condition present.

If the AVR displays an (up arrow) the input voltage is low. Conversely, if the display arrow is (down) the input voltage is high. The system will also go into AVR mode if there are out of band frequency & THD.

The system event should display the number of events seen by the unit. I’ve appended the full user manual that also calls out the (F) fault codes if they show up in the PCPE Software logs:

Let me know . . . 👍

Thank you for quick response, There is no arrow near AVR, its just the AVR thats blinking, as for PCPE, there arent any warning codes, it just displays current status. Ive run self test and it has passed.

What is the input voltage for your region?!? What does the unit indicate the input / output, frequency is now?

Lastly, just to clarify the (AVR) up & down arrows are wave form lines either pointing up / down.

When time permits move the unit and plug it into another outlet. What are the results of doing so?

So, sorry for late response, input voltage reads 226 V, output is 227 V, frequency is 50 Hz. I see where the arrows are supposed to be near avr sign, but there are no arrows, just the avr sign is blinking. Ive tried using it on a different workstation but same result, even with 0 load it still comes up.

What is the input line voltage in your region: 220, 230, 240, Other? If the unit is operating fine besides the AVR blinking and doesn’t show trim / boost arrows.

If the hardware is still under warranty please do contact APC Technical Support. As they may be able to confirm what the problem is as the AVR should indicate Trim / Boost with arrows going up / down if that circuit is active.
