Back-UPS ES 550: no Output Voltage

I have a Back-UPS ES 550G, monitored with apcupsd under Ubuntu. Apcaccess tells me: all is OK, Battery Voltage, Charge and Capacity, the Surge protected outlets work well, but no power on the battery protected outlets. If I set the Master Enable led on, it shuts off all the outlets. Thank you for any hint.

This is a very basic unit so if the power LED is on, the output should be powered. If power LED is on but there is no output, you may want to contact tech support for you region.
