Hello,
I have a Back-UPS CS 500 connected with a usb cable to a raspbian buster machine.
I think configuration wise it should work as i get a status result for "sudo apcaccess status":

what is really annoying is the fact that no matter which parameter i set in apcupsd.conf as WAKEUP parameter or SLEEP i see no changes in DWAKE nor DSHUTD parameters.
it is like that the configuration takes no real effect.
My goal is to make sure that after 060 seconds main power is back the UPS will turn on automatically.
Some details:

the command "sudo apcupsd --power-off" works well but the ups is not waking up after main power comes back. i remember it was in the past but for some reason is no longer.... any help?
Best regards
