Back-UPS BX1100C‑IN

APC Back up ups BX1100C‑IN 230v line interactive model 660w giving a continuous tone with red light power button. Batteries are good and working both showing 12v of voltage when checked. But the PCB is not working , showing input current but no output current. Showing AC but No DC. Purchased this UPS from Flipkart on May 23rd 2022.

Based on the limited information provided here these are the possible scenarios:

 

RBC: The RBC is EOL and needs to be replaced. As the average service life is 2-5 years based on usage, temperature, and environmental conditions.

 

Over Temp: The system has detected a over temperature in the battery compartment.

 

Internal Fault: There is a internal fault in the system and needs to be repaired / replaced.

 

I have provided the full user manual for this specific APC UPS. Refer to the status page and compare your system with the trouble shooting guide and report back which fault is applicable:
