Back-UPS 500 Pro Management Software Status

I've just purchased a Back-UPS 500 Pro this weekend.  Thanks for coming out with a Lithium Ion offering BTW.  However, I have found that the management software is a bit shoddy.  First of all, I'm getting random reboots, though it's been better since I disabled IPv6.  Second, the SNMP agent is not configurable and does not appear to present management information through the SNMP agent (aka snmpwalk).

The questions are is there going to be any changes to the Management software in the near future to make it more robust and provide better snmp support and exposure of the management information such as the power drain per receptacle?
