Back-UPS 500 Pro Email to Using iMAP

My mail provider uses iMAP instead of SMTP and it's using port 993 for SSL/TLS support and it appears that the Email feature does not support this combination.

Is there any plans to resolve this issue?  Right now, I can not receive emails from the system.

As far as I know, IMAP is only used for retrieving emails. When using IMAP, SMTP is still used for sending emails. Which mail provider do you use?
