BX700U-GR Problems

Hello,

I did a small test with my BX700U-GR Backups and it went horrible wrong. My UPS is 5 months old and I use newest Software Power Chute. I only use a Lenovo Tiny M92p i7 with Windows Pro 8.1 with the UPS. When I'm on normal Power Supply the Software says everything is ok: Selftest passed. 177 Minutes estimated battery time. Remaining battery Charge is ~99%. Your battery backup is currently providing 3 Watts of power.

But when I pull the plug the UPS shuts down after about 11- 12 Minutes. It does not matter which Runtime Option I use or even if the USB is disconected. Always the same result. Please have a look at the creenshot that shows maybe parts of the problems

Hi,

When the UPS switches to battery does it always show 11 -12 minutes of runtime even though it is reporting 177 minutes prior to the switch? If it does I recommend you contact local support for assistance. The unit is under warranty so they will ask you to perform a few troubleshooting step and if the unit fails they will assist with a replacement.
