Can the BX1500G-CA be used on its side?

The ventilation at idle might not work as well as it does with the unit standing up. Ventilation will be fan forced when the inverter is running under power failure conditions. As long as none of the vents are blocked, there should be no problem with operating the unit on its side.

The batteries are designed to be used in any orientation.
