I have lost the disk for my BX1300LCD and need to replace the software. I can't find it on the apc.com site. Can someone point me to a link? I am using Windows 7. Thanks.

Try this link. That's for PowerChute Personal Edition version 3.02 and computers running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10.
There is the possibility that it might not work outside the US, or might ask you to provide your country of residence before you can continue to the download.
Windows has basic support for your UPS built in if you still have trouble getting a copy of PowerChute Personal Edition. Just plug it in to a USB port and you'll see new options appear in the Power Management control panel.
