Friends, Mine is a three week old brought from amazon.

My office laptop battery is budged and they cannot find a replacement one and advised me to take a new less configured one, hence I rejected their offer and thought to buy a UPS and APC was the first name came to my mind.

First two weeks was okay, but from last week, I am seeing that UPS is getting switched off all of a sudden, and it takes down my laptop also down. as it is running on direct power.

This had happened three time now, while it was happening for the first time, it was because of the lightning as it was raining outside, but the other two times it was happening with no reason. Can someone point some help for this ?
