I just purchased this BX1000G and plugged it in yesterday afternoon. The load is a computer pulling maybe 350 watts tops, and an LCD monitor. The display has shown utility power online 100% of the time and it hasn't made a single noise to indicate otherwise, nor are any error indicators on or anything of that nature. The battery indicator however has gone from almost entirely full when first powered up to completely empty when I woke up this morning. Anyone have any idea what might be up here? Is my battery DOA?

This is most likely a battery issue. I would suggest contacting tech support at 1-800-800-4272.
