I can't figure out what links to click here that'll get me to customer support.
I bought the BX 1500M 6/01/2021, and it has been protecting my PC until today. 5pm today wife called me inside saying the APC is screaming. The error message read F02, I shut it down and unplugged. Found some info online saying to remove battery, plug it back in then plug APC into wall outlet and restart. Did that and same F02 error message then repeated instructions a 2nd time same error message. So, I'm guessing it's broken.
3 things,
1. How long is the warranty on the BX1500M?
2. If the BX is still under warranty will Schneider repair or replace the APC.
3. How do I get in touch with someone at Schneider who can help me resolve my issue
I have an XS1300 bought in 2009, it's still running, it was protecting my PC and now it's protecting my TV, stereo and DVD player,
