BVX2200 too hot
I have a BVX2200, and it starts to overheat after two weeks. Then it beeps, and I have to let it cool down, and it works again for two weeks. Where does the problem come from?

Typical causes of overheating is not enough ventilation git it at least 20 CM of space on all sides specially on where the UPS vents are and if it is on a enclosure make sure that you have proper ventilation to keep the UPS environment between 0 to 40 °C
If the issue still persists check if the battery is the cause of overheating this means that the batteries may need to be replaced due to high internal resistance or if the UPS is the one causing the unit to overheat check you input voltage to make sure it is within operating range of the UPS may be going in and out of battery very frequently causing batteries to overheat. Also check your load if the Load is higher than the recommended load for the UPS the unit may start overheating due to resistance of the conductors of the unit.
