BRG1500 shuts off after regaining power
I recently purchased a few of the BRG1500 battery backups and have found an issue where the back up turns off after regaining power from the external source. This only seems to happen whenever the master computer has been sent into hibernation by the battery back up and then turns back on after power is restored. The back up power cycles on its own, cutting off power to every device connected to it. Is this an issue with the settings in PCPE v3.1? I have seen this issue on multiple units, so it is not a defective backup.

You can quickly validate if its PCPE by disconnecting the USB cable from the computer system. Remove AC Mains from the wall to the UPS and mimic a lights out condition. Let the UPS run like this for 5-10 minutes than reconnect AC Mains.
What happens when this is done??? If the problem is not present its a setting in PCPE. If the problem is still present review how the UPS is setup and configured.
Let me know what you see and observe completing this test. 👍
