Good Morning,
I purchased a few BR900 UPS's for an office and I have one hooked up to an HP Desktop computer/monitor. Like clockwork the UPS switches from AC power to using battery every 3 hours. It stays on the battery for 30 seconds and then switches back to AC power. I have a radio (VHF) that has a amp/voltage meter in it and there is no change the AC power (according to the meter) when it switches. How do I find out what is causing the problem and fix it?
Thanks,
Mike Di Domenico

Basically, the UPS detects different kind of power fluctuations and immediately corrects it by either switching to battery or boosting and trimming the voltage.
You can adjust the sensitivity or transfer voltages to possibly correct the issue.
