I've recently purchased a BR1500GI and wanted to use Business Edition so that I could get the PC to shutdown other devices in the event of power loss; however the details being reported by Business Edition don't match the status of the UPS. For example, the batteries are fully charged but Business Edition reports only 10% charge.
I read a post from 6 years ago that Business Edition isn't compatible with the BR1500GI (and the results I'm seeing seem to support that) and wondered if that's still the case? Is there any other way I can get the system to run a script when a power failure occurs since Personal Edition doesn't have that functionality?
Thanks.

The BR1500GI is a Back-UPS product, Back-UPSs are only compatible with PowerChute Personal edition.
There maybe third party software such as NUT or APCD that could help you but I don't have much experience with them.
