BN1250LCD

Hi,
I got a BN1250LCD and I can't find this model under the support section or the manual section.
Everytime I turn it on I get an error msg says F06 and it says relay welding but with no information regarding what kind error it is.
Anyone got any ideas?

Your UPS' product page can be found here.

That fault indicates a relay weld condition, which normally requires replacement.

I would recommend calling our support line at 800 800 4272, option 4, and have your serial number ready. They will be able to replace the UPS under warranty.
