Just got a new Back Ups BN1100m2. With just my monitor and speakers connected to battery, it reports about 21W, dropping to 1W when they're sleeping. But if I unplug the UPS from the wall while the monitor and speakers are on, both continue working normally but the reported load suddenly drops to 3-5W. What's going on here?

Update: I've read that apparently inaccurately reporting small loads is a shortcoming of these units, but even loaded up to a little more than 300W it still reports about 260W when switched to battery. Is it faulty?
