I agree with William. Those board do not look like anything that came from APC / Schneider Electric. Any board that I have seen always has APC and or Schneider Electric stamped on it.

The circuit board in your pictures does not look like anything I have ever seen in an APC UPS. Researching the model number printed on the board seems to suggest that the board is from a different UPS manufacturer. The assembly quality also looks rather poor.
I suspect that if this board came to you in something that was branded as an APC product, that it was a fake. (I've never seen a counterfeit APC UPS, though I'm sure that like anything else, such things probably do exist.)
