BG500 email notification interval change

I have a Back-UPS Pro 500 and wanted to know where in the remote management software I can change the email notification interval.  Currently it seems to be set at 2 minutes for all 3 event types when events are triggered. So....I get emails every 2 minutes!   I cannot seem to find where to adjust this interval.  It's not under Diagnostics>Notification>Email Settings or Notifications as I would have expected it to be. 

Can the 2 minute interval be adjusted in the BG500!?

Sorry but no. The setting is not adjustable.
