BE850M2, Barely 1.5 years old, disconnected for a few months, now will not charge. Blinking red and constant tone

I got this BE850M2 in 2020. It's barely 1.5 years old at this point. I had to change my setup and left it unplugged from the wall socket for a few months. Now when I plug it in it blinks red and emits a constant tone. Manual says that's either disconnected battery or dead battery. How can the battery be dead already? That sounds kinda crazy. Anyway, I disconnected the battery and tried holding down the on/off button for 5 seconds then put it all back together. The issue persists. The wall outlet power is good and I've left it plugged in now for well over 48 hours. It's like it's not charging. Anyone know how I can fix this thing?

Hi

It would be best to contact your local Customer Care Centre so they can troubleshoot this with you and replace anything that they think needs replacing to resolve the issue as the UPS is still under warranty.
