The User Guide for my new BE850G2-UK says nothing about whether (or how often) the unit will perform an automatic self test. Please can someone tell me where to find this information.

I have installed PowerChute Serial Shutdown which allows me to run a manual self test. I ran it for the first time and it completed the test without issuing a warning, so I assume the test was successful, but the diagnostic page now says "Last Self Test Status: Unknown". The USB cable is connected and everything else is reporting that the unit is fine. Should I consider this to be a problem?
